He searched around to find a vehicle with the exact options I wanted and did not push me to purchase a vehicle already on the lot that did not have exactly what I wanted. We bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox. I had an occasion last year to have a rear hatch window installed in my old Montana van. Your service department was so helpful that I told my husband that when I buy my next vehicle, I would like to go to Bird Chcvrolet and buy from them. I was scheduled for service on my vehicle on 05/4/13 at 9am. I got a call back from the service center around 11:30am stating that my car was ready for pick up, and I let the man know I would make it to pick up my car, since they close at 12pm on Saturday. I arrived at exactly 12:05pm, due to high volume of traffic on my way there, and my car was locked and so was the service center. I had no way at the time to get in to my vehicle. I was very disappointed that I didn't receive another phone call out of courtesy, to check and see if I was on my way or if they could put my keys in my car for me since they close at 12pm. Instead, when I arrived and discovered I couldn't get in to my car, I had to get a ride to my house to get my spare keys, not to mention was late to an appointment that I had at 12:30pm that day. Basically, if I wouldn't have had the spare keys, I would not have had a car the entire weekend. In my opinion this was terrible service, and I was very surprised as I usually get excellent customer service, and all of the gentlemen there are extremely friendly and very helpful. Read More >>
